Home inspections for the seller.

A professional property inspection protects both parties, the buyer and the seller. Both parties will learn about any problems with the property. The inspection protects you as the seller by establishing the state of the property at the time of sale. If the buyer proceeds with the purchase, they are aware of the inspection report and the status of the property at the time of the sale.

Usually plumbing, roofing, structural and electrical status is covered in the property inspection.
